To become a member, you need to submit four items: the Membership Agreement form, a signed Hold Harmless Agreement, proof of rabies vaccination, and a check for payment. All of this information should be mailed directly to: Dog Park Association of Greater Lafayette, P.O. Box 4671, Lafayette, IN, 47903-4671. Your information can also be submitted digitally from our website, by clicking here, provided that you scan your dog’s proof of rabies vaccination.

To make a payment for membership using a credit card you can stop in at Buckles Feed Depot, located on 4th and Roming in Lafayette, Indiana. From there, you will need to submit your receipt to Shamrock Dog Park in order to have your membership processed.

You don’t need to be a member to try out Shamrock Dog Park for the day! You can purchase a day pass for you and your pooch at Buckles Feed Depot on 4th and Roming for only five dollars. Please bring your proof of rabies vaccination to Buckles and fill out the necessary forms there. You can find even more information about the Day Pass on our website, under the membership section.

We ask that you please allow two weeks to get your key card once your membership is submitted. The key card will give you electronic access to the Park through a locked gate, which will ensure the safety of your special friends. 

We’re sorry, but we don’t give refunds. However, you can transfer your membership to another dog owner (they must fill out the proper forms and provide proof of vaccination) or you can donate your membership to our scholarship fund.
